The Pokemon National Championship!

CALLING ALL TRAINERS! We were just at the Pokemon National Chamionships! I was in the Last Chance Qualifier and was sadly beaten with a team of Palkia, Dialga, Tyranitar, and Infernape. The tournaments were great. There were tons of rare cards in several shops. It was a great event.

In other news more Pokemon have been announced in Pokemon Black and White. Also the types for Reshiram and Zekrom have been announced. Reshiram is a Dragon/Fire type and Zekrom is a Dragon/Electric.

Til' next time trainers,
    Cath em' all,
     Nick

Black and White?!

Hey guys, it's me again. We have learned new information about a new Pokemon game. Pokemon Black and White is the name of the new game. It has a bunch of new pokemon and 3D parts of the game. Such as bridges and cities. There isn't much info about the starter Pokemon. It's coming in Autumn 2010 in Japan and coming in the USA in 2011 (SO UNFAIR!). We know it will take place in the Isshu Region, we are unsure if that is the English translation. That's about all we know about Pokemon Black and White. For now...

A new Heartgold and Soulsilver event for the Pokewalker has come out. The Winner's Path is a special route that lets you catch a Munchlax that knows Selfdestruct, or a Magikarp that knows Bounce.

That's about all the news there is so until next time,
       Catch em' all, Trainers!

Legends are awakened!!

Luigia and Ho-oh are rising! In the new Heartgold and Soulsilver Pokemon games! You can explore the Johto Region and the Kanto Region! You can have a grand total of 16 gym badges. This is Pokemon video game history. Not only is Heartgold and Soulsilver one of the only games in which you can catch both lendary Pokemon no matter which game you have, you end up with a Ho-oh and Luigia, if you have Soulsilver you can catch Luigia after the Blackthorn City gym. After you go to Pewter City, in Kanto, you recieve the Rainbow Wing. Then you will catch a Ho-oh at level 70. It is the same in Heartgold, just replace the Rainbow Wing with the Silver Wing, then you will catch a Luigia at level 70. It also makes history for being the largest Pokemon game in history. With two regions, and it makes a record for the most gym badges ever.
Here are the pros and cons of Ho-oh and Luigia, so you know which game to choose. Luigia is a really good Pokemon. Luigia is a Pyshic and Flying type. Ho-oh is a Fire and Flying type. Luigia knows Hydro Pump, which can deafeat Ho-oh easily. Ho-oh, on the other hand, is a good Pokemon if you choose Totodile, both Pokemon are weak to Electric types. Luigia can know moves that are not its type, like most Pokemon, but it is really cool because Electric type Pokemon will do four times the damage. Luigia is a good defense, but also a great offense. Ho-oh, like most fire types, will tackle any Pokemon head on with Pyshical attacks, but on some moves it will be special based attacks.
That's it for this blog, Catch em' all, Trainers!

Jirachi the Wish Pokemon!

It only comes out every thousand years, it has the power to grant anyone's wish, and it's only... a foot tall? Yes, it's Jirachi, the wish Pokemon. You can get it at Gamestop around the nation of the USA. It is level five, but knows some powerful moves. Like: Draco Meteor, and Wish. Jirachi is known to be extreamly powerful, once trained, and if its trainer knows how to harness its power.
We would like to talk about another thing, we have paired up with www.nickwebs.com and now they support our site. Nick, that's me, is the star of the webcast. You see how we do this without him knowing our account information, is he e-mails us his blog draft, we use it, and add in our own spice to the mix. The reason we said this is because we don't want anyone getting that we own the same sites.
More information is coming out about Heartgold and Soulsilver. Like about the Pokewalker. Jirachi can be traded over to the Pokewalker for a surprise, to recieve a new route for the Pokewalker, called Night Sky's Edge, it's going to be awesome. That Pokewalker will come in handy with the Reginal Tournament.
Yes, yolks, the Reginal Tournament has new set of rules. Your Pokemon will be able to be over level 51, because of their new level down feature for the tournaments. You can now also use: Mewtwo, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Dialga, Giratina, Ho-oh, Luigia, and Palkia. Now awesome Pokemon like that come with a drawback, you can't contain more than two Pokemon of these kind. Now all the details haven;t been realeased yet, so some of this info may be wrong. But we do know the tournament will be with either Heartgold or Soulsilver.
That's it Pokefans. 'Till next time, Catch em' all!
Heartgold and Souldsilver, and more.

Hey guys it's me, Nick, your blog writer and Poke-fanatic. You'll get to know me better as the site progresses. Alright so we have all heard about the new games, Heartgold and Soulsilver! They take place in the always exciting Jhoto region. Also with every purchase you get a Poke-walker, which lets you train your pokemon as you walk. Be an easy way to get those Starters to level 100 fast!;) Also like any DS pokemon game if you reserve a copy, you get a Lugia and Ho-oh collectible figure. Anyways, there is a new event at Gamestop, the Pikachu colored Pichu. Which is awesome because it is said to unlock stuff on Heartgold and Soulsilver. Kind of like Arceus. Except if you take it to Ilex Forest you can get the spike-eared Pichu! Just like in the movie, Arceus: the Jewel of Life. Well I guess that's it! See you next time on Pikapals game and events blog!
